An Alternative Approach to Treating and Preventing the Flu
by Frenesa K. Hall, MD

As you all know, the flu season is upon us. The Avian Flu is reported to be coming but no one knows when. We hear about the flu vaccine to help prevent contracting the illness, but what else can be done to prevent it? And what can we do to help treat it if we get it?
